Description	2017 Mort's Auction Field Year-End Consignment Auction (Larger Items Only) will be held on Saturday December 9th at 9AM EST. This will be a live auction consisting of everything from riding mowers to farm implements and tractors. Some of the items include: Utility Tractors & Attachments, Farm Implements & Tractors, Lawn & Garden, Mowers, Livestock Equipment including Gates, Fencing, Corral Panels & Feeders, Trucks, Trailers, Cars, Vans, SUV's, ATV's, Boats, Golf Carts, and More! Please save your small items and hand tools for our Spring Auction. Call now to consign! Our consignment dates and times are as follows; however PLEASE NOTE we do accept consignments anytime during normal business hours. CONSIGNMENT DROP-OFF DATES AND TIMES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Monday Nov. 27th - Friday Dec. 1st 9 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday Dec. 2nd 9 AM - 1 PM Monday Dec. 4th - Thursday Dec. 7th 9 AM - 5:30 PM Friday Dec. 8th Item Preview ~ NO CONSIGNMENTS PLEASE!!! Saturday Dec. 9th @ 9 AM SALE DAY!!! Note: Some items are subject to their arrival or prior sale. If coming for a particular item be sure to verify that it is in the auction before arriving. Also, for online bidders placing bids please remember that this is also a live auction with over a thousand people in attendance. Your bids will be excercised as if you were in attendance bidding against the crowd. Use common sense when placing your max bid. For example: Placing a $100 max bid on an item worth $5000 will obviously not purchase the item, so please use common sense and bid accordingly and you stand a good chance of making purchases.... Terms: Cash, Checks will be scanned for verification and electronic deposit. Payment by Check and/or Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3% in additon to the purchased amount. All items to be removed from auction field within 1 week unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. There will be a Title/Document Fee add to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller $20 Paid by Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable. No Buyers Premium
