If your invoice is greater than $2500.00, we will call you to confirm your method of payment. 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be added to the purchase price of new inventory and titled vehicles unless a copy of a resale certificate is provided at registration or checkout. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer says "Sold," the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.
