Description	2018 Fall Consignment Auction & Mike and Chris Kleiman Farms Liquidation will be held Saturday August 11th at 9am EST at Mort's Auction Field also the location of Jeff Boone & Associates Auctioneers. This will be a large 3 ring auction featuring Mike and Chris Kleiman's line of Farm Equipment to be sold to the highest bidder. Additionally, quality consignments will be accepted. This will be a large auction consisting of everything from small tools and collectibles on wagons in the 3rd ring inside of the auction barn to livestock equipment, vehicles, trailers, zero-turn mowers, lawn and garden equipment as well as all sizes of Tractors, combines, and farm equipment. Most items in the auction can be viewed and absentee bids placed on those items at www.jeffbooneauctions.hibid.com . Absentee bidding closes at 7:00 am EST on morning of the Auction. A live simulcast will begin at 9:00 am EST on lot #'s under 1000. Items with a lot # over 1000 will not be available for live simulcast bidding. You must go to www.Proxibid.com/JeffBooneAuctions to participate in the live simulcast.

Terms and Conditions

Terms: No buyer premium for onsite bidders, Cash, Check with bank letter of credit, MC, Visa, Discover with 3% processing fee, Online bidders will have a buyers premium of 5% with a $2500 cap. All titiled Vehicles will have a $40 title/ paperwork fee per vehicle. 7% Sales tax will be collected on all purchases including vehicles unless for farm use or resale by businesses or licensed auto dealers. All items to be removed from auction field within 2 weeks unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. There will be a Title/Document Fee add to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller $40 Paid by Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable.

Shipping / Pick Up

All items to be removed from auction field within 1 week unless arrangements have been made with Management. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold.
