Description	Glassware and Collectibles. Glassware includes Rookwood, Fenton, St. Clair and Joe Rice, Viking. Crocks and jugs. Ugly Face Jugs. Antique Atwood Kent radio and speaker. Graniteware. St Clair hand blown glass lamps, vintage toys, knives, advertising buttons, clocks, waterford crystal clocks and decorator items. Also unmarked glassware, Indian and Mexico jugs and decor. Sinclair delivery box. vases, candy dishes, ashtrays, jars, and so much more. We try to describe the items as best as possible including any damage that we see. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Please read descriptions carefully. All measurements are approximate. Catalog and pictures will be added as auction is set up so check back frequently. Aproximately 395 items in this auction.

Terms and Conditions

All items sold as is, where is. No warranty expressed or implied. All items must be removed the day of sale. Vicary Auctions will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items. All items must be paid for before shipping amounts will be figured. Large items must be paid for before pick up!! Larger Items and Vehicles Will Not Be SHipped!!!! If you would like to pick up any of your items the Auction House will be open Sunday, October 4, 2020 from 9-2 EST, and Monday, October 5, 2020 9-5 EST. If you need an alternate date please contact us to make arrangements. All Items purchased online will need to be paid for first. Once your balance has been satisfied we will then figure the shipping that works best for you and then shipping cost must be paid before we ship the item. The internet company that you registered with will pass your credit card information on to us, unpaid invoices will be sent when the auction has ended. Credit cards will be ran on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. If items are not paid for Vicary Auctions reserves the right to block unpaid bidders from bidding in future auctions. Auction house will be open on Sunday, October 4, 2020 9 am - 2 pm, or Monday, October 5, 2020 9-5 EST, for those wanting to pick items up to avoid shipping cost. If you need to pick up another day please contact us by 5 PM Monday to let us know a date and time. Valid Photo ID required for registration. The majority of our items will sell with no reserve; however, there are times that a reserve may be necessary. Vicary Auctioneers will announce there is a reserve before the item is auctioned if a reserve has been placed on an item. Vicary Auctions reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days. 10% buyer's permium for all in house Bidders 15% buyer's premium for phone, absentee and online Bidders 7% Indiana Sales Tax Payments Accepted in the form of cash, check, cashier's check, MasterCard or Visa (3% convenience fee for use of MC/Visa). Out of state checks require a bank letter of credit for any amounts over $5,000 $50 returned check fee will be charged on any returned checks.

Shipping / Pick Up

All items purchased by in house bidders must be removed from the premises the day of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with in house staff of Vicary Auctions. Items won through internet, phone or absentee bid must be paid in full before shipping is calculated. All items for in house bidders must be removed the day of sale. Vicary Auctions will work with buyers to arrange alternate pickup for large items. All items must be paid for before shipping amounts will be figured. Large items must be paid for before pick up!! FURNITURE, CABINETS AND VEHICLES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. PICK UP ONLY!!! CALL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICK UP!!! All Items purchased online will need to be paid for first. Once your balance has been satisfied we will then figure the shipping that works best for you and then shipping cost balance must be paid before we ship the item. FURNITURE, CABINETS AND VEHICLES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. PICK UP ONLY!! Hibid will pass your credit card information used for registration on to us and we will then use that credit card information to make payment on your invoice on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. If you are wanting to pick up your items the Auction House will be open Sunday,October 4, 2020, from 9-2 EST and Monday, October 5, 2020 from 9-5. If you need other arrangements please contact the Auction House by Monday at 5 pm. Any items not picked up or shipping arrangements made within 30 days of auction, will become property of Vicary Auctions for resale at a later date. Bidder then forfeits items and any monies paid.
