2022 Consignment Auction Buyer Terms & Condition Terms: Cash, Checks, Credit Cards ( Master Card, Visa, or Discover) will be charged 3.99% in addition to the purchased amount. This applies to onsite and Internet bidders. Online bidders will have a 5% buyers premium with a cap of $2500 per item added to their final invoice total. Sales tax will be charged where applicable. All items to be removed from the auction field within 14 days. All purchased items become the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as the item is sold. Any items not picked up in 14 days following the Auction will be charged a storage fee of $10 per day. If not picked up by the next consignment Auction and the item is still on our property, the Auction company will sell your item at No-Reserve, and mail you a check for the remaining balance after all fees are applied. The Auction company is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have not been picked up within 14 days after the Auction. There will be a Titled Vehicle Entry Fee added to all Titled items $20 Paid by Seller $40 Paid by Buyer. Fee includes: Title processing and USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) delivery, if applicable. Cash buyers on titled items may take the title upon payment. Those paying with checks will receive title upon check clearing. No Buyers Premium for On-Site Buyers , Internet Buyers will have a 5% buyer's premium with a $2500 cap per item + 3.99% if paying with a credit or debit card. Immediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The described condition or representation of hours, use, and miles is provided as a courtesy and not guaranteed by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determining his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the item of interest prior to bidding on it. The Seller(s) and the Auction Company and all of its Associates are not responsible for loss, theft, damages, or accidents. For Online Bidders: By placing bids you agree to follow all of the terms and conditions and make payment and take possession of purchased items. Although we strive to provide the best internet connections and software available, please understand that internet speeds and reliability will vary. The Auction company is not responsible for lost connection or software failures that result in lost or unaccepted bids. This will be a fast paced auction and quick bidding will be required. According to Indiana Auction Bylaws, all items are to be assumed WITH RESERVE unless otherwise noted. The Auction company cannot, and will not disclose the amount of a Reserve placed by a consignor.
