Due to the passing of Mr. Drake we have been asked to liquidate all of the persnonal property. The real estate has sold and ALL items will need to be picked up on the scheduled puick up date of 04/27/2024 from 10am-2pm EDT. All items left will be considered abandoned and disposed of.

This is both an online and live in person auction. You may leave prebids online up until the live auction begins April 27th at 10am EST. At which time you can bid live with our in-person bidders. There is 100s of items in the live portion of the auction that will not have internet bidding available, so it is recommended to attend in person on the day of the auction. An 8% buyers premium will be added to the total of online bidders and State Tax will be added to online bidders when applicable by your states laws. In person bidders will have no buyers premium or state tax added. Pick Up: Saturday 4-27-2024 immediately after the auction ends until 5pm EST and Sunday 4-28-2024 from 1-5 pm EST

Ralph and Sally Patterson married in 1955 and resided in their Jefferson Street home the rest of their lives. Sally was a wonderful mother, wife, and friend to all. She brought fun to all occasions, and her home was always filled with love and laughter. Her best known job outside the home was being a cashier at Cox’s Supermarket in Alexandria. Ralph was a machine repair man at Delco Remy for over 40 years. He was devoted to his family, and made sure their lives were filled with camping, boating, water skiing, and rides in his plane.
